Rental includes $8 Accidental Damage Waiver: The customer is relieved of charges resulting from accidental damages to the formal wear. However, it is agreed the customer is responsible for returning all rental items. ADW does not cover malicious damages, late return charges, or lost/stolen merchandise.

Late Return Fees: Buyer understands and agrees Tuxedo Rentals must be returned ASAP after event either directly to the store via scheduled drop-off using the online appointment scheduler or directly to JFW via your . If returned late you agree to the late fees of $50 per business day.

Event Cancellation: An event cancellation prior to the tux being shipped to either our store or your home will result in 1/2 of your order being refunded. The other half can be used for an in-store or online credit. If the tux has already been shipped 1/2 of your order will be refunded less a $50 re-stocking fee.
